Terms of use

sleepntrip is a search and booking agent. We find the room and pass your booking to the hotel or to the supplier that holds it. The stay itself is sold to you by the hotel, and these terms explain exactly who is responsible for what.

1 · Who we are, and what we do

sleepntrip ("we", "us") operates this website. We are an intermediary: we display rooms, apply our own standard to them, and place a booking on your behalf with the hotel or with the wholesale supplier that distributes it.

We are not the hotel and we are not the owner of the room. The contract for your stay is between you and the hotel. Our contract with you covers the search, the booking we place, and the information we show you — nothing more.

2 · The standard we apply

We only list a room when, at the time we read it, it is:

Where several listings describe the same building, we show it once. This is our editorial judgement, not a claim that no other room exists in that city.

3 · Prices and what they cover

The price on a room card is the price of the room, for the nights and the two guests you searched for, including any VAT charged by the hotel. We add no booking fee, no service fee and no card fee.

Some cities levy a tourist or city tax that the hotel collects at the desk on arrival. That tax is set by the local authority, not by us and not by the hotel. Where we know of one we say so on the room; it is never included in the price you pay us.

Extras you arrange directly with the hotel — parking, breakfast, a late departure, the minibar — are between you and the hotel.

4 · Your dates

We never change the dates you searched for.

If no room in that city meets our standard on your nights, we tell you that and stop. We will not substitute another week, another month or another city and leave you to discover it later.

5 · Making a booking

When you book, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this contract, and that the guest details you give us are true and complete. Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation containing a reference number — not before.

If the room is no longer available when we place the booking, we will tell you promptly and take nothing from you.

6 · Cancelling and refunds

Every room we list can be cancelled free of charge until the date shown on the room and repeated on your confirmation. The full terms, including what happens after that date, are set out on our cancellation and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7 · What the hotel is responsible for

The hotel is responsible for the room, the building, its staff, its facilities, its safety, and for honouring the booking. Complaints about the stay should be raised with the hotel first — they are the only ones who can fix a problem while you are standing in it. Tell us as well, and we will help where we can.

8 · What we are responsible for

We are responsible for placing your booking accurately and for the information we publish about a room. Hotel descriptions, photographs, ratings and availability reach us from the hotel and from our suppliers; we pass them on in good faith and correct anything we find to be wrong.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of a hotel, for events outside anyone's control — weather, strikes, closures, civil disruption — or for indirect losses such as missed flights or lost earnings. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9 · Travel documents and insurance

Passports, visas, entry rules and health requirements are your responsibility. We strongly recommend travel insurance, which typically covers what a free cancellation window does not.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day you booked, and we keep a copy of it with your reservation.

11 · Law and contact

These terms, and any use of the site or booking made through it, are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any kind arising from or relating to the site, a booking or these terms will be heard exclusively by the competent courts in Israel, and you consent to their sole jurisdiction. 1 · מי אנחנו ומה אנחנו עושים

sleepntrip ("אנחנו") מפעיל את האתר הזה. אנחנו מתווכים: אנחנו מציגים חדרים, מחילים עליהם סטנדרט משלנו, ומבצעים הזמנה בשמכם אצל המלון או אצל הספק הסיטונאי שמפיץ אותה.

אנחנו לא המלון ואנחנו לא בעלי החדר. החוזה על השהייה הוא בינכם לבין המלון. החוזה שלנו איתכם מכסה את החיפוש, את ההזמנה שאנחנו מבצעים ואת המידע שאנחנו מציגים — ולא יותר מזה.

2 · הסטנדרט שאנחנו מחילים

אנחנו מציגים חדר רק כאשר, במועד שבו קראנו אותו, הוא:

כאשר כמה רישומים מתארים את אותו בניין, אנחנו מציגים אותו פעם אחת. זאת שיקול דעת עריכתי שלנו, ולא טענה שאין חדר אחר באותה עיר.

3 · מחירים ומה הם כוללים

המחיר שעל כרטיס החדר הוא מחיר החדר, ללילות ולשני האורחים שחיפשתם, כולל כל מע״מ שהמלון גובה. אנחנו לא מוסיפים דמי הזמנה, לא דמי שירות ולא דמי כרטיס.

בערים מסוימות נגבה מס תיירות או מס עירוני שהמלון גובה בדלפק בהגעה. המס הזה נקבע בידי הרשות המקומית, לא בידינו ולא בידי המלון. כאשר אנחנו יודעים על מס כזה אנחנו אומרים זאת על החדר; הוא לעולם אינו כלול במחיר שאתם משלמים לנו.

תוספות שאתם מסדרים ישירות עם המלון — חניה, ארוחת בוקר, יציאה מאוחרת, המיני-בר — הן בינכם לבין המלון.

בהזמנה אתם מאשרים שאתם בני 18 לפחות וכשירים משפטית להתקשר בחוזה הזה, ושפרטי האורחים שנתתם לנו נכונים ומלאים. ההזמנה שלכם מאושרת כאשר אנחנו שולחים לכם אישור שבו מספר אסמכתא — ולא לפני כן.

אם החדר אינו זמין עוד כשאנחנו מבצעים את ההזמנה, נודיע לכם מיד ולא ניקח מכם דבר.

6 · ביטול והחזרים

כל חדר שאנחנו מציגים אפשר לבטל בלי עלות עד התאריך שמופיע על החדר וחוזר באישור שלכם. התנאים המלאים, כולל מה קורה אחרי התאריך הזה, מופיעים בעמוד הביטולים וההחזרים שלנו, והוא חלק מהתנאים האלה.

7 · על מה אחראי המלון

המלון אחראי על החדר, על הבניין, על הצוות שלו, על המתקנים, על הבטיחות, ועל כיבוד ההזמנה. תלונות על השהייה צריכות לעלות קודם מול המלון — הם היחידים שיכולים לתקן בעיה בזמן שאתם עומדים בתוכה. כדאי לעדכן גם אותנו, ונעזור במה שנוכל.

8 · על מה אנחנו אחראים

אנחנו אחראים על ביצוע מדויק של ההזמנה ועל המידע שאנחנו מפרסמים על חדר. תיאורי מלון, תצלומים, דירוגים וזמינות מגיעים אלינו מהמלון ומהספקים שלנו; אנחנו מעבירים אותם בתום לב ומתקנים כל דבר שאנחנו מגלים שאינו נכון.

איננו אחראים למעשיו או למחדליו של מלון, לאירועים שאינם בשליטת אף אחד — מזג אוויר, שביתות, סגירות, הפרות סדר — או לנזקים עקיפים כגון טיסות שהוחמצו או אובדן הכנסה. שום דבר כאן אינו מגביל אחריות שאי אפשר להגביל לפי חוק.

9 · מסמכי נסיעה וביטוח

דרכונים, ויזות, כללי כניסה ודרישות בריאות הם באחריותכם. אנחנו ממליצים בחום על ביטוח נסיעות, שבדרך כלל מכסה בדיוק את מה שחלון ביטול חינם אינו מכסה.

10 · שינויים בתנאים

אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את התנאים האלה. הגרסה שחלה על ההזמנה שלכם היא זו שפורסמה ביום שבו הזמנתם, ואנחנו שומרים העתק ממנה יחד עם ההזמנה.

11 · דין וקשר

על התנאים האלה, ועל כל שימוש באתר או הזמנה שנעשתה דרכו, יחול הדין הישראלי בלבד. כל תביעה, קובלנה או מחלוקת מכל סוג, הנובעת מהאתר, מהזמנה או מתנאים אלה או קשורה אליהם, תידון באופן בלעדי בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל, ואתם מסכימים לסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית שלהם. אפשר לכתוב לנו לsupport@sleepntrip.com.

sleepntrip — агент по поиску и бронированию. Мы находим номер и передаём ваше бронирование отелю или поставщику, у которого оно находится. Само проживание вам продаёт отель, а настоящие условия точно определяют, кто и за что несёт ответственность.

1 · Кто мы и чем занимаемся

sleepntrip («мы», «нас») управляет этим сайтом. Мы являемся посредником: мы показываем номера, применяем к ним собственный стандарт и размещаем бронирование от вашего имени в отеле или у оптового поставщика, который его распространяет.

Мы не являемся отелем и не являемся владельцем номера. Договор на ваше проживание заключается между вами и отелем. Наш договор с вами охватывает поиск, размещаемое нами бронирование и информацию, которую мы вам показываем, — и ничего более.

2 · Стандарт, который мы применяем

Мы размещаем номер, только если на момент, когда мы получили о нём данные, он:

Если несколько объявлений описывают одно и то же здание, мы показываем его один раз. Это наше редакционное решение, а не утверждение, что других номеров в этом городе нет.

3 · Цены и что в них входит

Цена в карточке номера — это цена номера на те ночи и для двух гостей, по которым вы выполнили поиск, включая НДС, взимаемый отелем. Мы не добавляем ни сбора за бронирование, ни платы за обслуживание, ни комиссии за оплату картой.

В некоторых городах взимается туристический или городской налог, который отель собирает на стойке регистрации по прибытии. Этот налог устанавливают местные власти, а не мы и не отель. Если нам о нём известно, мы указываем это у номера; он никогда не входит в сумму, которую вы платите нам.

Дополнительные услуги, о которых вы договариваетесь непосредственно с отелем, — парковка, завтрак, поздний выезд, мини-бар — являются предметом отношений между вами и отелем.

4 · Ваши даты

Мы никогда не меняем даты, по которым вы выполнили поиск.

Если ни один номер в этом городе не соответствует нашему стандарту на ваши ночи, мы сообщаем вам об этом и на этом останавливаемся. Мы не подставим другую неделю, другой месяц или другой город, оставив вас обнаружить это позже.

5 · Оформление бронирования

Оформляя бронирование, вы подтверждаете, что вам исполнилось 18 лет и вы обладаете правоспособностью для заключения настоящего договора, а также что предоставленные вами данные гостей верны и полны. Ваше бронирование считается подтверждённым, когда мы направляем вам подтверждение с номером бронирования, — но не ранее.

Если на момент размещения бронирования номер уже недоступен, мы незамедлительно сообщим вам об этом и ничего с вас не возьмём.

6 · Отмена и возврат средств

Любой размещённый у нас номер можно отменить бесплатно до даты, указанной у номера и повторённой в вашем подтверждении. Полные условия, в том числе о том, что происходит после этой даты, изложены на нашей странице отмены и возврата средств, которая является неотъемлемой частью настоящих условий.

7 · За что отвечает отель

Отель несёт ответственность за номер, здание, свой персонал, свои удобства, безопасность, а также за исполнение бронирования. Жалобы на проживание следует в первую очередь направлять отелю — только он может устранить проблему, пока вы находитесь на месте. Сообщите и нам, и мы поможем, чем сможем.

8 · За что отвечаем мы

Мы несём ответственность за точное размещение вашего бронирования и за информацию о номере, которую мы публикуем. Описания отелей, фотографии, рейтинги и сведения о наличии мест поступают к нам от отеля и наших поставщиков; мы передаём их добросовестно и исправляем всё, что оказывается неверным.

Мы не несём ответственности за действия или бездействие отеля, за события, не зависящие ни от чьей воли, — погоду, забастовки, закрытия, общественные беспорядки — или за косвенные убытки, такие как пропущенные рейсы или упущенный заработок. Ничто в настоящих условиях не ограничивает ответственность, которая не может быть ограничена по закону.

9 · Проездные документы и страхование

Паспорта, визы, правила въезда и медицинские требования являются вашей ответственностью. Мы настоятельно рекомендуем оформить туристическую страховку, которая, как правило, покрывает то, чего не покрывает период бесплатной отмены.

10 · Изменения настоящих условий

Мы можем обновлять настоящие условия. К вашему бронированию применяется версия, опубликованная в день бронирования, и мы храним её копию вместе с вашим бронированием.

11 · Применимое право и контакты

Настоящие условия, а также любое использование сайта или бронирование, совершённое через него, регулируются исключительно законодательством Государства Израиль. Любые иски, жалобы или споры любого рода, возникающие в связи с сайтом, бронированием или настоящими условиями, подлежат рассмотрению исключительно компетентными судами Израиля, и вы соглашаетесь с их исключительной юрисдикцией. sleepntrip es un agente de búsqueda y reserva. Encontramos la habitación y trasladamos su reserva al hotel o al proveedor que la gestiona. La estancia en sí se la vende el hotel, y estas condiciones explican con exactitud quién es responsable de qué.

1 · Quiénes somos y qué hacemos

sleepntrip («nosotros») opera este sitio web. Somos un intermediario: mostramos habitaciones, les aplicamos nuestro propio estándar y realizamos una reserva en su nombre con el hotel o con el proveedor mayorista que la distribuye.

No somos el hotel ni somos los propietarios de la habitación. El contrato de su estancia se celebra entre usted y el hotel. Nuestro contrato con usted abarca la búsqueda, la reserva que realizamos y la información que le mostramos, y nada más.

2 · El estándar que aplicamos

Solo publicamos una habitación cuando, en el momento en que la consultamos, cumple lo siguiente:

Cuando varios anuncios describen el mismo edificio, lo mostramos una sola vez. Se trata de nuestro criterio editorial, no de una afirmación de que no exista ninguna otra habitación en esa ciudad.

3 · Los precios y lo que incluyen

El precio que figura en la ficha de la habitación es el precio de la habitación, para las noches y los dos huéspedes que usted buscó, incluido el IVA que cobre el hotel. No añadimos gastos de reserva, ni gastos de servicio, ni recargos por pago con tarjeta.

Algunas ciudades aplican una tasa turística o municipal que el hotel cobra en recepción a la llegada. Esa tasa la fija la autoridad local, no nosotros ni el hotel. Cuando tenemos constancia de ella, lo indicamos en la habitación; nunca está incluida en el precio que usted nos paga.

Los extras que usted acuerde directamente con el hotel —aparcamiento, desayuno, salida tardía, minibar— son una cuestión entre usted y el hotel.

4 · Sus fechas

Nunca cambiamos las fechas que usted buscó.

Si ninguna habitación de esa ciudad cumple nuestro estándar en sus noches, se lo decimos y nos detenemos. No la sustituiremos por otra semana, otro mes u otra ciudad dejando que usted lo descubra más tarde.

5 · Cómo realizar una reserva

Al reservar, usted confirma que tiene al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para celebrar este contrato, y que los datos de los huéspedes que nos facilita son veraces y completos. Su reserva queda confirmada cuando le enviamos una confirmación con un número de referencia, no antes.

Si la habitación ya no está disponible cuando realizamos la reserva, se lo comunicaremos sin demora y no le cobraremos nada.

6 · Cancelaciones y reembolsos

Todas las habitaciones que publicamos pueden cancelarse sin coste hasta la fecha indicada en la habitación y repetida en su confirmación. Las condiciones completas, incluido lo que ocurre después de esa fecha, se recogen en nuestra página de cancelaciones y reembolsos, que forma parte de estas condiciones.

7 · De qué es responsable el hotel

El hotel es responsable de la habitación, del edificio, de su personal, de sus instalaciones, de su seguridad y del cumplimiento de la reserva. Las reclamaciones sobre la estancia deben plantearse primero al hotel: es el único que puede resolver un problema mientras usted lo está viviendo. Infórmenos también a nosotros y le ayudaremos en lo que podamos.

8 · De qué somos responsables nosotros

Somos responsables de realizar su reserva con exactitud y de la información que publicamos sobre una habitación. Las descripciones, fotografías, valoraciones y disponibilidad de los hoteles nos llegan del hotel y de nuestros proveedores; las transmitimos de buena fe y corregimos todo lo que comprobemos que es erróneo.

No somos responsables de los actos u omisiones de un hotel, de acontecimientos ajenos al control de cualquiera —meteorología, huelgas, cierres, disturbios civiles— ni de pérdidas indirectas como vuelos perdidos o lucro cesante. Nada de lo aquí dispuesto limita responsabilidad alguna que no pueda limitarse legalmente.

9 · Documentación de viaje y seguro

Los pasaportes, visados, normas de entrada y requisitos sanitarios son responsabilidad suya. Le recomendamos encarecidamente contratar un seguro de viaje, que normalmente cubre lo que no cubre un periodo de cancelación gratuita.

10 · Modificaciones de estas condiciones

Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. La versión aplicable a su reserva es la publicada el día en que usted reservó, y conservamos una copia junto con su reserva.

11 · Legislación aplicable y contacto

Estas condiciones, así como cualquier uso del sitio o reserva realizada a través de él, se rigen exclusivamente por las leyes del Estado de Israel. Cualquier demanda, reclamación o controversia de cualquier tipo derivada del sitio, de una reserva o de estas condiciones, o relacionada con ellos, será competencia exclusiva de los tribunales competentes de Israel, y usted acepta su jurisdicción exclusiva. sleepntrip est un agent de recherche et de réservation. Nous trouvons la chambre et transmettons votre réservation à l'hôtel ou au fournisseur qui la détient. Le séjour lui-même vous est vendu par l'hôtel, et les présentes conditions précisent exactement qui est responsable de quoi.

1 · Qui nous sommes et ce que nous faisons

sleepntrip (« nous ») exploite ce site. Nous sommes un intermédiaire : nous présentons des chambres, leur appliquons notre propre standard et effectuons une réservation pour votre compte auprès de l'hôtel ou du fournisseur grossiste qui la distribue.

Nous ne sommes pas l'hôtel et nous ne sommes pas propriétaires de la chambre. Le contrat relatif à votre séjour est conclu entre vous et l'hôtel. Notre contrat avec vous couvre la recherche, la réservation que nous effectuons et les informations que nous vous présentons — rien de plus.

2 · Le standard que nous appliquons

Nous ne référençons une chambre que si, au moment où nous la consultons, elle :

Lorsque plusieurs annonces décrivent le même bâtiment, nous ne l'affichons qu'une fois. Il s'agit d'un choix éditorial de notre part, et non d'une affirmation qu'aucune autre chambre n'existe dans cette ville.

3 · Les prix et ce qu'ils comprennent

Le prix indiqué sur la fiche de la chambre est le prix de la chambre, pour les nuits et les deux personnes de votre recherche, TVA éventuellement facturée par l'hôtel comprise. Nous n'ajoutons aucuns frais de réservation, aucuns frais de service ni aucuns frais de carte.

Certaines villes perçoivent une taxe de séjour ou taxe municipale que l'hôtel encaisse à la réception à votre arrivée. Cette taxe est fixée par l'autorité locale, ni par nous ni par l'hôtel. Lorsque nous en avons connaissance, nous l'indiquons sur la chambre ; elle n'est jamais comprise dans le prix que vous nous payez.

Les prestations supplémentaires que vous convenez directement avec l'hôtel — stationnement, petit-déjeuner, départ tardif, minibar — relèvent de la relation entre vous et l'hôtel.

4 · Vos dates

Nous ne modifions jamais les dates de votre recherche.

Si aucune chambre de cette ville ne répond à notre standard pour vos nuits, nous vous le disons et nous nous arrêtons là. Nous ne substituerons pas une autre semaine, un autre mois ou une autre ville en vous laissant le découvrir plus tard.

5 · Effectuer une réservation

En réservant, vous confirmez être âgé d'au moins 18 ans et avoir la capacité juridique de conclure le présent contrat, et que les informations sur les voyageurs que vous nous communiquez sont exactes et complètes. Votre réservation est confirmée lorsque nous vous envoyons une confirmation comportant un numéro de référence — et pas avant.

Si la chambre n'est plus disponible au moment où nous effectuons la réservation, nous vous en informerons rapidement et ne vous prélèverons rien.

6 · Annulation et remboursements

Toute chambre que nous référençons peut être annulée sans frais jusqu'à la date indiquée sur la chambre et rappelée dans votre confirmation. Les conditions complètes, y compris ce qui se passe après cette date, figurent sur notre page annulation et remboursements, qui fait partie intégrante des présentes conditions.

7 · Ce dont l'hôtel est responsable

L'hôtel est responsable de la chambre, du bâtiment, de son personnel, de ses équipements, de sa sécurité et de l'exécution de la réservation. Les réclamations concernant le séjour doivent d'abord être adressées à l'hôtel — lui seul peut régler un problème pendant que vous y êtes confronté. Informez-nous également, et nous vous aiderons dans la mesure du possible.

8 · Ce dont nous sommes responsables

Nous sommes responsables de l'exactitude de votre réservation et des informations que nous publions sur une chambre. Les descriptions d'hôtels, photographies, notes et disponibilités nous parviennent de l'hôtel et de nos fournisseurs ; nous les transmettons de bonne foi et corrigeons tout ce que nous constatons être inexact.

Nous ne sommes pas responsables des actes ou omissions d'un hôtel, des événements échappant au contrôle de quiconque — météo, grèves, fermetures, troubles civils — ni des pertes indirectes telles que des vols manqués ou une perte de revenus. Aucune disposition des présentes ne limite une responsabilité qui ne peut légalement être limitée.

9 · Documents de voyage et assurance

Les passeports, visas, conditions d'entrée et exigences sanitaires relèvent de votre responsabilité. Nous vous recommandons vivement de souscrire une assurance voyage, qui couvre généralement ce que la période d'annulation gratuite ne couvre pas.

10 · Modification des présentes conditions

Nous pouvons mettre à jour les présentes conditions. La version applicable à votre réservation est celle publiée le jour de votre réservation, et nous en conservons une copie avec votre réservation.

11 · Droit applicable et contact

Les présentes conditions, ainsi que toute utilisation du site ou toute réservation effectuée par son intermédiaire, sont régies exclusivement par le droit de l'État d'Israël. Toute action, réclamation ou litige de quelque nature que ce soit découlant du site, d'une réservation ou des présentes conditions, ou s'y rapportant, relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux compétents d'Israël, et vous acceptez leur compétence exclusive. sleepntrip ist ein Such- und Buchungsvermittler. Wir finden das Zimmer und leiten Ihre Buchung an das Hotel oder an den Anbieter weiter, bei dem sie liegt. Den Aufenthalt selbst verkauft Ihnen das Hotel, und diese Bedingungen legen genau fest, wer wofür verantwortlich ist.

1 · Wer wir sind und was wir tun

sleepntrip („wir“, „uns“) betreibt diese Website. Wir sind ein Vermittler: Wir zeigen Zimmer an, wenden unseren eigenen Standard auf sie an und nehmen in Ihrem Namen eine Buchung beim Hotel oder bei dem Großhändler vor, der das Zimmer vertreibt.

Wir sind nicht das Hotel und nicht Eigentümer des Zimmers. Der Vertrag über Ihren Aufenthalt kommt zwischen Ihnen und dem Hotel zustande. Unser Vertrag mit Ihnen umfasst die Suche, die von uns vorgenommene Buchung und die Informationen, die wir Ihnen anzeigen – nicht mehr.

2 · Der Standard, den wir anwenden

Wir führen ein Zimmer nur, wenn es zu dem Zeitpunkt, an dem wir es abrufen,

Beschreiben mehrere Angebote dasselbe Gebäude, zeigen wir es nur einmal an. Dies ist unsere redaktionelle Entscheidung und keine Aussage darüber, dass es in dieser Stadt kein anderes Zimmer gibt.

3 · Preise und was sie umfassen

Der Preis auf der Zimmerkarte ist der Preis für das Zimmer, für die Nächte und die zwei Gäste, nach denen Sie gesucht haben, einschließlich etwaiger vom Hotel berechneter Mehrwertsteuer. Wir erheben keine Buchungsgebühr, keine Servicegebühr und keine Kartengebühr.

Manche Städte erheben eine Touristen- oder Kurtaxe, die das Hotel bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption einzieht. Diese Abgabe wird von der örtlichen Behörde festgelegt, weder von uns noch vom Hotel. Ist sie uns bekannt, weisen wir beim Zimmer darauf hin; sie ist niemals in dem Preis enthalten, den Sie an uns zahlen.

Zusatzleistungen, die Sie direkt mit dem Hotel vereinbaren – Parken, Frühstück, später Check-out, Minibar – betreffen allein Sie und das Hotel.

4 · Ihre Reisedaten

Wir ändern niemals die Daten, nach denen Sie gesucht haben.

Erfüllt in dieser Stadt kein Zimmer in Ihren Nächten unseren Standard, teilen wir Ihnen das mit und hören dort auf. Wir ersetzen nicht stillschweigend eine andere Woche, einen anderen Monat oder eine andere Stadt und überlassen es Ihnen, das später festzustellen.

5 · Eine Buchung vornehmen

Mit Ihrer Buchung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre alt und rechtlich befähigt sind, diesen Vertrag zu schließen, und dass die von Ihnen angegebenen Gästedaten wahr und vollständig sind. Ihre Buchung ist bestätigt, sobald wir Ihnen eine Bestätigung mit einer Buchungsnummer senden – nicht vorher.

Ist das Zimmer bei Vornahme der Buchung nicht mehr verfügbar, teilen wir Ihnen dies umgehend mit und belasten Sie mit nichts.

6 · Stornierung und Erstattungen

Jedes von uns angebotene Zimmer kann bis zu dem beim Zimmer angegebenen und in Ihrer Bestätigung wiederholten Datum kostenlos storniert werden. Die vollständigen Bedingungen, einschließlich dessen, was nach diesem Datum gilt, finden Sie auf unserer Seite zu Stornierung und Erstattungen, die Bestandteil dieser Bedingungen ist.

7 · Wofür das Hotel verantwortlich ist

Das Hotel ist verantwortlich für das Zimmer, das Gebäude, sein Personal, seine Einrichtungen, seine Sicherheit und die Erfüllung der Buchung. Beschwerden über den Aufenthalt sollten zuerst beim Hotel vorgebracht werden – nur das Hotel kann ein Problem beheben, solange Sie sich vor Ort befinden. Informieren Sie auch uns, und wir helfen, wo wir können.

8 · Wofür wir verantwortlich sind

Wir sind dafür verantwortlich, Ihre Buchung korrekt vorzunehmen, und für die Informationen, die wir über ein Zimmer veröffentlichen. Hotelbeschreibungen, Fotos, Bewertungen und Verfügbarkeiten erhalten wir vom Hotel und von unseren Anbietern; wir geben sie in gutem Glauben weiter und korrigieren alles, was sich als falsch herausstellt.

Wir haften nicht für Handlungen oder Unterlassungen eines Hotels, für Ereignisse, die außerhalb jeder Kontrolle liegen – Wetter, Streiks, Schließungen, zivile Unruhen – oder für mittelbare Schäden wie verpasste Flüge oder entgangenen Verdienst. Nichts in diesen Bedingungen beschränkt eine Haftung, die gesetzlich nicht beschränkt werden kann.

9 · Reisedokumente und Versicherung

Reisepässe, Visa, Einreisebestimmungen und Gesundheitsanforderungen liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung. Wir empfehlen dringend eine Reiseversicherung, die in der Regel abdeckt, was ein kostenloses Stornierungsfenster nicht abdeckt.

10 · Änderungen dieser Bedingungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Für Ihre Buchung gilt die Fassung, die am Tag Ihrer Buchung veröffentlicht war, und wir bewahren eine Kopie davon zusammen mit Ihrer Reservierung auf.

11 · Anwendbares Recht und Kontakt

Diese Bedingungen sowie jede Nutzung der Website und jede darüber vorgenommene Buchung unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht des Staates Israel. Für alle Ansprüche, Beschwerden oder Streitigkeiten jeglicher Art, die sich aus der Website, einer Buchung oder diesen Bedingungen ergeben oder damit zusammenhängen, sind ausschließlich die zuständigen Gerichte in Israel zuständig, und Sie stimmen deren ausschließlicher Zuständigkeit zu.
